Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Your photos never leave your device. FreePassportPic processes images entirely in your web browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. We do not upload, store, or see your photos or any face data.

What is downloaded to your browser

To run the tool your browser downloads open-source code and AI models from public CDNs: Google MediaPipe Face Landmarker (Apache-2.0) from jsDelivr and Google Cloud Storage, and, if you use background whitening, the ormbg model (Apache-2.0) from Hugging Face via transformers.js. These providers may log standard request data (IP address, user agent) under their own policies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process basic request logs for security and performance.

Cookies and analytics

This MVP does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

Children

Parents may create photos for children; since nothing is uploaded, we collect no data about them.
